we had a basement with Radon level right below 4 (3.5 to 3.8). I was unsure whether I should implement a radon reduction in this basement to reduce to below 2. I talked with Keith and he presented couple options and let me know how will approach this issue by first drilling a pilot hole and measure the airflow.
After his super professional and friendly team to implement the radon solution, now I am measuring at 0.8 in my basement !!

Recently, I discovered that water had been leaking from my roof, into my guest bedroom closet ceiling, and down the adjacent bathroom wall.  I called over six different companies to obtain estimates for remediating the mold and fixing the ceiling.
Franklin Environmental Services was my choice because of several factors:
•	I was allowed to record our conversation for later review (this means a lot when you are tracking multiple conversations and getting several estimates).
•	Keith (the owner) was so professional, knowledgeable and kind.  After receiving a couple of intense, high dollar pitches from other companies, it was a relief to hear him go over everything in his calm, reassuring and respectful manner.
•	I could tell that he was genuine and cared about my situation.  He listened to my questions and explained everything to me in detail.
•	Keith was able to work me into his busy schedule before my upcoming cataract surgery.
•	Of all the companies I interviewed, he was the only one to go up into my attic and survey the damage there. He was the only one who offered to replace and paint the dry wall in my closet ceiling.  He was the only one to suggest that we fog the entire house through the A/C system to kill any mold spores.
The job was done professionally by his courteous and knowledgeable team.  Because of the chemicals used, I had to leave that day for several hours, but could tell (by watching from my cameras) that they were fast, focused and efficient.  The price was fair and reasonable. I would recommend Keith and FES to anyone. The radon mitigation system he installed for us took our radon levels from 20+ pCi/L to less than .5 pCi/L within hours. I am honestly amazed. Keith and his crew were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and clean. He followed up with us along the way to make sure everything was as it should be and that we were satisfied. I had FES perform mold remediation and crawl space encapsulation.

Keith and his team were extremely helpful, responsive and professional. I had some unusual circumstances in my crawlspace, since my 100 year old house is on pier foundations, and part of my crawlspace was not accessible. Keith developed a plan for my specific issues. The work was done extremely thoroughly. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. I had some odor issues after the encapsulation, and Keith was very attentive in fixing the problem, which he did. In fact, I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I am very thankful to have Franklin Environmental Services providing maintenance on the dehumidifier in my home. The men are experienced, honest and respectful.
